
Our roasted duck legs are meaty, tender and easy to prepare for a restaurant-style dinner at home (or kiddie dinner if yours are anything like ours!).
Roasted to perfection, simply reheat for 35 mins at 180 degrees until the skin turns crispy and serve with sweet potato mash and greens. When cooked a bit longer at low heat the meat will fall off the bone and the duck can be used for rillettes (recipe), terrines or even soft tacos. These duck legs are delivered frozen.
