Shipping policy

Accurate delivery times/windows are communicated directly to customers by email the day before your order is shipped. External factors beyond our control may mean these times need to be updated on the delivery day and all attempts will be made to keep you updated of those changes.

All fresh and frozen products are delivered using registered and approved refrigerated vehicles so the cold supply chain is not broken during transport. Once your delivery is left at the provided address, whether taken in person or not, My Providore assumes no further responsibility for the food safety temperature of your goods. For environmental reasons (and to keep your customer costs down) we use paper bag or reusable cardboard box packaging. We do not package deliveries in insulated 'cooler bags'. Ice packs may be included with your delivery at no charge if we are advised that you will not be able to receive your delivery in person at the communicated time, subject to availability. Alternatively, we encourage our customers to leave esky or ice boxes out if you know you are going to be longer than 1 hour from moving your food into a fridge or freezer
