Lamb Loin noisette is a perfectly size rolled loin ready to roast or BBQ whole for 2. The thin layer of skin keeps the meat moist when cooking and ensures it's full of flavour. It presents beautiful when simply sliced and placed on a bed of sweet potato mash or salad, restaurant quality every time.
There are no growth promotants or antibiotics.
To roast, simply brown the outside in a hot pan and then put the whole thing in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. De-glaze the pan with some port, slice the lamb and pour over the top. If cooking on the BBQ, try to avoid direct flames as the outside of the noisette will flare up quickly once it starts to render down on the heat
