Lamb rumps are a versatile cut with a similar flavour to a roasted leg of lamb but coming in convenient individual portions. They can be roasted individually, BBQ, slow cooked in stock or diced for curries. The covering of skin and fat keeps them moist and full of flavour.

We reckon they are one of the most under-rated cuts we sell!
