Our roasted duck legs are meaty, tender and easy to prepare for a fast restaurant-style dinner at home.
For a roast duck meal simply reheat on a tray in a hot oven for 35 mins at 180 degrees until the skin turns crispy and serve with sweet potato mash and greens. Otherwise reheat low and slow in your favourite sauce and the meat will fall off the bone. Shredded duck meat can be used for rillettes (recipe), terrines or even soft tacos. These duck legs are delivered frozen.
