A Whole Rump is something to be celebrated in every way. Generally too big to be roasted as it comes so it will require a sharp knife and some amateur butchery skills (or at least some enthusiasm)! We recommend cutting some nice steaks from the flat side of the "D", breaking up the central muscles into their own little roasts and slicing the back tip into stir fry or fajitas.
