Our rump minute steaks are both great value and gourmet at the same time. Super-versatile and good for almost any beef recipe. They are cut from our Southern Prime meat range then mechanically tenderised (no chemicals) using a special metal spike machine that breaks the fibres of the meat muscle leaving them juicy and tender every time
