Our diced beef is 95% lean, coming from the rump and tri tip areas of the beast.
The meat is conveniently packaged as two individual 1kg packs so you can cook or freeze the portions individually if you wish. The cubes are 2-2.5cm in size taking the meat preparation out of the equation and is perfect for a curry, slow cooking, making skewers or Asian recipes.
